Motaz S Hassan (b. 1991, Alexandria, Egypt) is a Los Angeles-based producer and senior project manager with over a decade of experience steering large-scale, multidisciplinary media and cultural programs. His expertise lies in managing the full project lifecycle—from concept and design to budgeting, team leadership, and final execution—for international initiatives across the US, Europe, and the MENA region.

As a hands-on media producer, Sobhy has led documentary film and photography projects, including the 10-city tour of the short film "Dark Red" and the long-term "Scars of the Past" series. His managerial acumen is demonstrated through his role as co-founder and director of 6 Bab Sharq Art Space (2019–2023), where he was recognized for outstanding event coordination and rigorous budget management.

A skilled strategist, he has served as an Artistic Director for complex initiatives like the Mediterranean-based Art for Clim'Act (2022) and has produced international programs such as "Folklore Bridges." Sobhy is a U.S. State Department Professional Fellow (2023) and holds advanced training in arts management from the DeVos Institute and the Goethe-Institut, underscoring his expertise in budget and grant management, cross-sector partnership development, and leading diverse teams to successful project completion.
